Presentation Information
Oral presentations
Each contributed presentation will last 15 minutes (12 minute talk + 3 minutes for questions). The organizers will provide a laptop, so please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick, and load the presentation onto the laptop in the coffee / lunch break preceding the session.
Poster presentations
The organizers will provide boards and pushpins to hang posters. Maximal poster size is 120 cm (vertical) X 100 cm (horizontal). Please hang the posters in the morning of the day of the poster session (Tuesday, 11/12), and remove them immediately following the session.
