Instrument Specification
Waters SQ Detector 2 with Electrospray ionization (ESI) ion source is a single quadrupole mass spectrometer determines mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of analytes within a mass range of 50-3072 Da. The detector is coupled with Liquid Chromatography – Optical detector system (Acquity UPLC-PDA). A dissolved sample can be introduced in the mass spectrometer either by direct syringe infusion or by chromatographic separation technique. The system operates under MassLynx software.
