Waters Acquity UPLC-PDA-QDa system consists of Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography separation unit, Photo Diode Array and Single Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer detectors. A mix of analytes can be separated by ultra-fast Liquid Chromatography and then analyzed by two sequential detectors. Advanced Optical detector (PDA) provides spectral analysis within a wavelength range of 190 – 800 nm. Single quadrupole mass spectrometer(QDa) determines mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of analytes within a mass range of 30-1250 Da. The system operates under MassLynx software.
