- No food or beverages are permitted in the lab.
- Only authorized (trained) users are able to work on the instruments.
- Use special gloves when working on ETMS. Probe station and surroundings have to remain clean after your work.
- A user has to inform the lab staff immediately about any breakdowns and defects in the equipment. The same is true if a sample or other items have dropped into the probe station or into the magnetometer. Don’t try to repair it by yourself.
- It is necessary to inform the lab staff at least 2 working days before the day that you are planning to work with liquid Helium.
- Non-standard experiments or probe changes must be scheduled with the lab staff in advance.
